We offer the below delivery methods:

(a) Delivery to Dubai, orders placed by 12pm will be delivered the same day while orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next day;
Delivery to the other cities of the United Arab Emirates, orders placed by 12pm will be delivered the next day to 4 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the item and time slot availability
(b) An emergency gift? An irresistible desire? Choose express home delivery! Express Home Delivery to all cities within United Arab Emirates. Service only provided upon request and additional charges apply.

After we receive your order, our customer service will get in contact with you to confirm delivery address detail, delivery date and time.

Please note that during sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
